Any ideas on how to make a non-alcoholic version of a Sam Adam’s Octoberfest?

My mom can’t have alcohol because she can’t have yeast. She mentioned that recently she’s really been craving a Sam Adam’s Octoberfest. I always try and take things that she can’t eat and make it so she can. I started trying to figure out how I might be able to make a bootleg Octoberfest and quickly realized that the only recipes I could find were homebrew ones and that I absolutely was way in over my head.

Is there anyway I can make something like and Octoberfest whrte it’s non-alcoholic? Even just a description of what it tastes like would help – she can’t really put it into words and I’ve never had it.
