Hennessy and ginger drinkers?

Currently doing a uni assignment on this drink in particular, and since it’s not my personal choice, I’m hoping to get some insights from people who do!

If you drink it, why so? Why would you pick it over other drinks?

Also on the other hand if you don’t, why not?
