Why is it so hard to drink now after blacking out?

Ever since I blacked out drunk, I can’t consume any strong liquor without feeling really sick. I can drink watered down drinks like Smirnoff Ice, etc, but nothing stronger. Even just one shot makes me feel sick. Did blacking out cause it?
