this question probably gets asked alot, but what is a good liquor thats around 40% and doesn’t have a strong alcohol taste

ive drank peppermint schnapps and some townes vodka, monster beasts, and fireball. im looking for a good drink that can be drank with or without a light chaser. i enjoyed the peppermint schnapps and the townes was fine with a chaser. should i stick to those or do yall have a good suggestion
