21st Gift Recommendations

Hi all! My cousin is turning 21 and I want to gift him some sort of alcohol. I’m not too familiar. I was thinking champagne, but don’t know what kind so I’m looking for recommendations. Or maybe, something else. He says he likes some cocktails with vodka, whiskey, but I’m not too sure. Just something that’s nice all around. Budget max $75 thank you!!!
