Which alcohol calms nerves?

I’m only going to drink it once, so don’t tell me it’s not good in the long run because I already know that. But I have a really, really nervous day coming up this Thursday, and I have to go in person to collect my results. I want to drink something in the morning that will work quickly to calm my nerves and make me very relaxed, but I obviously don’t want to feel dizzy or anything. I just don’t want to think at all. I’m not a drinker so sorry if I’m acting stupid but oh wellll
