Legal repercussions of drinking

Hey guys. I’m a college student and have had issues with alcohol for about two years now. Luckily, I have been 4 months sober now. As the sobriety settles though, my head constantly convinces me that I must have committed a crime or something during my blacked out phase. Although I haven’t heard of myself doing any such thing, my head constantly thinks of the worst case scenario. Have you guys ever faced legal issues due to alcohol? If so, were they ever 4< months after the fact? Since im on a college campus if it was a really bad crime it would have been reported to campus police and they would forward the notification to students, which has not happened, but I am still anxious.
