I need help

21 yo, need recommendations for AA meetings or anything even online, live in central NY, I’m going down a bad path with alcohol and need a way out, rehab, meetings , therapy, anything, I live in a suburb area and need something online or in person in upstate ny to talk to people like me and escape this endless cycle of drinking to feel like my old self
