Hungover after barely drinking

I’m 19F (I know underage but I’m in college, drinking is of course prevalent multiple days of the week) I used to be able to drink 4-5 drinks over the course of a night and wake up and start my day no problem. Before, I’d only experienced a hangover maybe 3 times, after nights where I definitely went past my limit. But over the last 3 months or so, there was a sudden shift and I’m now hungover (intense nausea, anxious, frequent bowel movements, foggy, and throwing up 50% of the time) all morning no matter how much I drink. Writing this after having TWO 5% seltzers last night and now pacing by the toilet.

I’m doing everything right taking care of myself wise — I eat sufficient meals all day, drink at least 64oz of water a day, and usually even chug half of my Stanley before going to bed or have a big snack. At first I thought it was the type of alcohol, but wine, seltzers, mixed drinks, etc all result in the same intense nausea and dry heaving/puking. I feel that this is not normal, especially because I’ve never experienced this in the two years I’ve been drinking socially.

I’ve read about this meaning a potential alcohol intolerance, or maybe I’m deficient in something that can be fulfilled with a supplement or some other remedy. I am open to any suggestions because I’d like to be able to drink like I’m still young, lol. Just have no idea why this is suddenly happening, it was like a switch flipped and I’m chronically hungover after a drop of alcohol.
