Sparkly white sambuca

i work at a bottle shop and we’ve had two bottles of white galliano delivered like this. is it meant to look like this? the photo isn’t doing it justice it looks like there is glitter or broken glass suspended in the liquid moving around. our older bottle has settled and looks clear now but looks like this when shaken up
