Moral dilemma

I’m having a moral dilemma.. Me and my fiance get married in less than 2 weeks and may have just gotten pregnant last night. (Technically our wedding is only 9 days away). I don’t know if I’ll be able to confirm if I’m pregnant before the big day. Is it wrong to consume alcohol? All of my girlfriends who had kids drank until they knew… and told me they think it’s fine but I don’t want to drink if there’s a possibility of being pregnant but on the other hand would be so disappointed if I didn’t drink and wasn’t pregnant. Help!!
