i’ve drank 4 weekends in a row

i was depressed 4 months ago when my gf cheated and left me and i drank everyday to get rid of the pain but after a while i forced myself to only do it on the weekends. doing it on the weekends isn’t bad? one night of heavy drinking? i’m 17, 1 year under the legal limit and just wanted to know if what i’m doing is okay i don’t wanna be like an alcoholic
