Absolut vodka substitutes

Hi! Personally, I think pretty much all alcohol tastes absolutely vile. However, both of my parents are probably alcoholics. My mom has lowered her consumption, while my dad just drinks so much, and goes to straight vodka by the end of the night to help him wind down and go to sleep. The thing is, I don’t actually think he’s completely affected by the alcohol, I think its the routine and connotations of a drink that help the most. Like a placebo effect.

So I’m wondering if anyone knows any non-alcoholic/low-alcohol alternatives for absolut? They both prefer absolut, then tito’s, then grey goose, if that helps anyone understand their taste preferences. They both have said they’ll stop drinking if the other stops, but neither will be the first. I’m hoping that if I could switch their normal drinks for a week, that may give them the confidence to realize that they can quit? I know its not great to deceive people, but they’re miserable, sleeping so poorly, both have fatty liver, and in the past 15+ years, they’ve had very few nights of no drinking. I think I’m justified to try to help them.
