Thoughts about drinks with egg white?

Had a drink tonight (Sakura) that tasted fantastic, but stunk when went for a sip. I can only assume the froth on top was egg white though on wasn’t listed as an ingredient (other drinks on menu had it listed). It made the experience less pleasant.
