Lower stomach pain and throat pain with alcohol

What is the reason i feel nauseous/vomit ”During” drinking alcohol. I get weird feeling to my lower stomach and throat and feel like i could throw up and sometimes do. I dont even drink alot. And the thing is i dont get hangovers or anything all this is during the alcohol drinking. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?
