Can’t get this thing off

Guys I literally cannot get the security tag off for the life of me. It’s a Lidl tag – went there today but I couldn’t be bothered to ask them to take the thing off because my phone was at 1% and I put the no receipt opinion on in the Lidl app… I have a razor and two hands: can anyone help me get the cap off?
