New Tito’s?

I’m currently on vaca in USVI and I made my way through my first liter of Tito’s.

My parents picked up a new bottle and the bottle looks like no other bottle I’ve ever drank before.

Compared to my first bottle, it is taller, has stars on the shoulders of the bottle, cap with the Tito’s logo on it, and had a “tamper evident” collar under the cap and a weird pour controlling opening.

Also says “Austin Texas” on the neck.
