Help?

19m, new to drinking. I have been drunk I think twice. I have a question about if it is concerning how much tolerance I already have. My second time drinking I had 13 shots of vodka and a whiskey sour. My issue is that I can’t tell very well when I’m drunk. I don’t feel really very different. The only changes are physical. I was slightly dizzy after 14 for example. That was my second time drinking. I had the spins when I went to bed that night but nothing more. Is this normal? I am 5’8”, and I was 170lbs at the time of the 14 drink night. Please let me know
