Alcoholism is no joke, but it is damn fun!

I’ve been drinking since 14 years old or so, and too much since about 18. That’s too many years to count, but I’m now 31. 32 in a month or so.

I can’t imagine life sober. Money usually means I have to stay sober for most of the week anyway, but when I can get drunk you can bet your fucking ass that I’ll get shitfaced. Except I can’t. My tolerance is too high to get shitfaced like I used to.

This isn’t a bragging post about how much I can drink. I just love drinking as much as I can with the little money I have.

The one thing I don’t like is the one thing my dad used to warn me about, which is the weight gain when I turn 30. He was right. I used to be skinny as a mic stand, and now I’m fat.
