Withdrawals or flu?

I have been drinking hard for a month. Bottle of wine a day to a 750ml per day the last 4 days. The last time I drank was around 4 pm and it’s almost 1am now. I feel so sick. Nose runny, diahrea, shaking and nausea headache lightheaded. I didn’t drink before this month started.
