Blacking out

Bit of weird post but I’m just super confused about what happened to me last night and I’m hoping to get some insight. I went out to the bars last night with 2 of my friends. Ben and John, and me (22f) I had I think 4 double rum and cokes, and I was a little drunk but I usually drink more than that so I was fine, walking and talking normally for the most part. I went outside with a girl I met to smoke a cigarette, and I look up and see John laying in the street and some guy is kicking him. He was just in a biking accident and has a few broken ribs and a broken arm so he’s in no shape to fight. I ran over and got right in the guys face, yelling and pushing him back. My other friend Ben, was getting jumped by 5 of the other guys friends so he was a little occupied and John was knocked unconscious on the ground. The guy I was yelling at threw me down, I got right back up and held my ground. From what I can remember that was pretty much all that happened, but then this morning I wake up to a horrible headache so I took some medicine just thinking it was a hangover, my headache hasn’t gone away or gotten any better and it’s been all day now, my nose is sore as fuck as well as my back, and im a little bruised. So now I have no idea what actually happened. I also saw a video of it and I was right in the middle of the whole fight. If I hit my head when I fell is it possible I just blacked out for a few minutes? I remember every other part of the night so I’m really not sure what is going on here. I don’t remember actually fighting anyone but I did, and it shows in the video I got pushed on the ground twice. I really don’t remember and it’s freaking me out. Now I kinda wanna get actual footage from the bar and press charges because wtf. The cops were also called and we talked to them for a bit, and I walked around the street with one of the cops looking for the guys. If I have a concussion I’m gonna be PISSED. Please tell me ur experience with drinking/ fighting and if you’ve ever just blacked out when ur not even really drunk?? I am so confused 😭😂
