Gifting Alcohol

TL;DR: suggestions for a gift for a vodka drinker that’s both classy and under 22%

A friend’s birthday is coming up and I was going to get them a bottle of something, but I’m unsure what to give. Personally, I’m very much a vodka and cider drinker and have little experience with other drinks such as wine or beer. This person also prefers vodka, so I could just get them a bottle of that. However, as I am under 20, in my country I’m not allowed to buy anything over 22% which means I would have to buy one of those small plastic bottles which I don’t think is very classy. They like citrus flavours and super sweet flavours. Any suggestions?
