Face turning red from drinking

I didn’t realize this happened till recently in the past week or two. My friend pointed it out and our other friend said it looked like an allergic reaction bc I guess they haven’t seen it before or smth, I know this happens to some ppl but now I feel self conscious about it. I now am hyper aware of it bc I know it’s happening whenever my face feels really hot when I’m drinking but my body feels fine. I don’t like this happening, it feels annoying both bc it feels embarrassing and bc my face feels overheated

Is there any way to stop or fix this or is this just how I am? Does anyone know why this happens? I just wish it didn’t, I hate it because it makes me feel self conscious to drink around other ppl
