Worried about myself

21 year old male here. Been drinking since around 17 over the past few years i’ve been drinking more and more. Around 3/4 times a week and during those times I drink pretty heavily. This week I am on vacation so i’ve been drinking for 4 days in a row (not that heavily but just a good buzz) today I was on the boat and i began to get pins in needles in my hands (this is quite normal for me after a night of drinking) but it continued to get worse. All of a sudden not only my hands but my side arms and chest bones started to tingle then my face and then all of a sudden my eyes began twitching uncontrollably (my right eye started twitching alittle before it got really bad) I couldn’t see properly and that has never happened to me before. My hands almost began to cramp up but I was able to calm down before that happened. I’ve had panic attacks before that cause tingling in my face and hands but never in my chest and now I have a terrible headache and i’m scared that I cut my blood flow off to my head during my panic and that I have permanent damage. I am wondering why this one was so much different then past ones I have – I do not think I am suffering from alcohol withdrawal as I don’t drink all day everyday. Once we got off the boat it almost immeadilty went away but i’m just worried something is seriously wrong. Any thoughts please let me know!
