First drink suggestions

Hello guys I hope everybody reading this is having a great day , I’ve decided recently to give drinking a chance after quitting smoking after getting a very bad panic attack once,I’ve been talking to this girl and she drinks and we plan on going on a date soon she proposed the idea of drinking after the date at her place , which I’m down for but I am scared I get too drunk and it triggers my panic attacks ,I am skinny 5 10 ft , 65 kg , come from a lineage of non drinkers , I want to try something that will get me a little bit buzzed , euphoric ,confident and just have a great night ,not get me dizzy or make me feel sick because that will trigger my panic attacks which will end me with me not being able to drink again , what do you guys recommend and any tips ? Thank you
