Hard Seltzers

I do not drink spirits such as vodka, whiskey, etc. Something about it + my body causes nearly instant blackout and all around isn’t great. I do not have this experience at all with beer or malt beverages. I occasionally like to have something fruity. However, hard seltzer labels are so ambiguous. Any specific known brands to go with? Or know how to pinpoint it on a label? TIA!
