Scotch whiskey?

I like to drink scotch 2-3 times a week while watching tv at evening and only one small glass maybe 7-9 ml or so. Is that too much? I dont want to get addicted or gain weight :/ Im 26 and i dont party or go to clubs anymore because i did that alot a few years ago and now i just prefer chilling at home with my family during weekends.
