Chest discomfort after drinking

Hi guys. I have been having chest discomfort for weeks now after heavy drinking. One night back a few weeks ago I drank more than half a large bottle of brandy (40% alcohol) and straight too. My chest is still sore since. I’m just wondering is it just me or has anyone else had this issue. Thanks
