Will this get me drunk?

For context I’m not a very experienced drinker, so sorry if this is a stupid question.

I have a bottle of dissarono (with about a shot missing) and I don’t know if this will get me drunk? I’ll probably have other drinks, but I’m mainly relying on this. Also, I’m quite light and don’t eat much so that might have an effect on how drunk I get.
