Face/body getting numb after 1-2 drinks.

I’m 21, 5’2 and 190Lbs. My entire face including my ears, tongue, and hairline get numb when I start drinking. When I drink more to getting tipsy, I get the same feeling all over my skin. Does anyone else experience this as well? I have asked all my friends and family, and they said it not normal. I also have been drinking since 19 but just socially and it started happening with my very first drink. I drink like 1 time every couple of months. Also, I saw this posted on here already, but it was 10 years ago and wanted to circle back on it.
