Mixed drinks that don’t spike your blood sugar

It seems that there aren’t many good ways to mix alcohol that don’t involve sugary mixes. That also includes fruit juice which eliminates bloody marys and screwdrivers, my all-time favs. What I’ve been doing is mixing Jack, vodka, or rum with a soda like Coke Zero or a zero-calorie Gatorade knock-off which isn’t bad.

What are some other ideas?
