Binge drinking on a 5 night holiday only in the night time scared I’m in withdrawal

So my name is Harvey and I only usually drink once a week on a saturday I went on a 5 night holiday and drank heavy every night as it was a party holiday my friends all drank the same however I suffer with severe anxiety and panic attacks and on the flight home yesterday I had a panic attack I’m scared it was because of withdrawal then I felt awful after the attack even today I don’t feel better but panic attacks knock me for days
