I threw up

I drink pretty often, I don’t get hangovers. So that doesn’t stop me from drinking. I’m normally careful, drink and then pass out for awhile, but i tried to stay awake cause i was with my boyfriend.. i ended up throwing up on his desk and he and his mom needed to help me. I feel so ashamed, i want to hide from the world
