Is one drink a week fine?

I’m just wondering if having one drink a week(no more than like 2-3 shots of vodka with some soda) is fine? I work a very labor intensive job so I’m looking to have one day out of the week I can just lay back relax and enjoy myself with a drink. I’m just super scared because I see people talking about the potential of liver damage. If it means anything I’m fairly young(23)
