Alcohol flush that started randomly

About one year ago i started getting this really bad flushing on my face out of nowhere when i’m drinking.

I get it usually the second day if i drink for two days, really rarely if i drink for one day.

I have also had this hives problem for many year that i get randomly, i still dont know what causes it, but i think heat makes it sometimes.
Antihistamine seems not to help for flushing, haven’t tried pepcid ac yet.
Can this be related to this or is this just asian flush?

Any others who get this and do you know what would help?
