Popular alcohol from Florida

I want to gift an alcoholic drink as a gift to a friend who is not from Florida. As I have lived here for a while, I want to explore the specialities here. I am open to rum, whisky, vodka or any cocktail options. Please suggest brands and stores where I can easily obtain it. I am not into drinking so my knowledge is limited here.
