Newbie

I recently turned 21 and started drinking with my dad and he has a very diverse and large collection from all over the world and I was looking to see if anyone could tell me what is the craziest thing you guys see here There is some 61% bourbon which i think is nuts but im not super into the whole drinking community and want to get educated
