I get drunk really fast

I’m 270 lbs and 6’1, I’ve been drinking a lot since the beginning of this year and still fell the effects after 1 6% 12oz drink and get wasted at about 4, I have zero idea why, I’m seeing my dr for the first time in 2 years and want to know what the reason could be.
