Red spots on my body after I drink alcohol?

Had alcohol on Thursday and Friday. Today is Monday. Woke up with red spots on my body. This isn’t the first time I had this. Everytime I drink, after few days I get red spots and it takes over a week to go away. What can I do to prevent this? I’m Asian.
