Getting sober

So I have been drinkin since Coroma hit us, like 5-6-7-8 beers day, depending on the day. Coke was also oik( would never take it sober)volved but only if I was drunj Later I got a nee better job but unfortunately the bad habjt stayed with me and i switched to vodka (obvioisly)whicj then pull the plig, i broke dosm, told my partner and family. Anyways they took me to this fancy clinic where j was for 2 weeks. This is the therspy they gave me. Snyome here. with any knoweledge abkut this. I know some are sntypsihotics and 3 or 4 of then are antidepressants and some of them are just to calm me down. The words at the top mean (from left to righ): morninf, middad, eveninf, before sleep. Just need your rhoughts on this. Btw im 28y old male around 190 ponds.
