Mom has been more excessively drunk off 4 wines than previously

Sorry if this isn’t the right place but I’m not certain where else to ask. As the title says, my MIL has been seemingly more drunk than she should be or has been off of 4 glasses of wine in a 6 hour period. This sounds like a medical issue of some sort but Google doesn’t understand the question. Any guidance would be helpful
