Is it safe to drink it ?

I got a 2020 bottle of grey goose vodka which has been sitting at room temperature. Is it safe to drink it or can the alcohol actually go bad . (Someone told me that old alcohol without proper storage can form ethanol to methanol and cause blindness) Pls reply
