Alcohol Face – Does it come back when you go from sobriety to moderate drinking?

Ive read people often see their face slim down after 1-2 months alcohol free.

My question is once you have healed from “alcohol face/puffiness” does it come back easily once you start drinking again? Even if you dramatically decrease the amount you are drinking per week?
