Need help

I used to be able to down double shots of everclear like it was water but recently I can’t even get a second shot of anything down. I do one of like jose Cuervo or Tito’s or something and it feels fine then wait about 10 minutes and try a second and I puke it up after about 2 minutes. I’ve already eaten and didn’t feel sick before or after puking. My body is basically rejecting it. Anyone know what’s going on?
