Red face from drinking seltzers

My face always gets red from drinking any kind of seltzer especially trulys (if I slam them especially) I’ve been told I might have some kind of alcohol intolerance but I can drink beer all day and it’s no problem.I just had 3 tweas and was fine and then slammed one more before going to bed and now my face is bright red.Any thoughts of what this could be?Whenever I drink a lot and my face gets red it also leads to more crazy behavior but like I said it’s only when I drink a lot of seltzers.Just wanna understand it better so any thoughts help.
