Light headedness days after my first drink

About a week ago (11 days ) I drank vodka for the first time with a couple of my friends. I really didn’t like the experience as as I started to get tipsy I started to feel really anxious so I stayed on a flight of stairs until it lasted. Once I felt decent again I came back to my house and avoided my parents bcuz I thought I would look drunk. The day later and until now I still feel this sense of light headedness (like 5-15%) (especially when I keep my head up). I really need this to stop as I feel like it’s never going to end. I got the whole summer to fix this before I go university so if anybody could please please help me or advise me to do anything it would be eternally grateful.

I’m 17 male btw if that would help at all.
