Angry teenager vent incoming

Hello, if you want to know more about me, check out my post on r/cptsd but i currently have an issue. I am a high schooler and have severe control issues like over my own body and wanted to get your opinions on this.

Underage drinking is obviously very unhealthy, but i believe it is my right to be unhealthy, as i also believe in the right to die and legalizing substances. Isnt it my right to drink if i dont hurt anyone? Like the government pretends to care about me through these prevention programs but those same people will throw you in jail to be assaulted for “dropping the soap” because you had a beer. It angers me. I am angry that some random person can decide whether i live healthy or not. Sorry for the rant i am having an episode atm and lashing out at pretty much everything in my life. Something i read in the news triggered a bad memory
