Wrinkles/puffiness around my eyes after a few days of drinking

I (19m) was recently on a 10-day bachelor trip, which involved heavy drinking (almost every day for some of the members). On about the 3rd day of the trip (after 2 nights of drinking pretty heavily), I began to notice lines under my eyes and my eyelids were a little puffier than usual. Over the course of 7 days, there were about 3 more nights where I would drink heavily. The last night that I drank was Friday, and today is Sunday. The extra lines and wrinkles around my eyes are still here. Should I be worried? Is this permanent?
