Which vitamins/supplements should you take before or after a night out drinking to prevent hangovers?
I’ve heard B-Complex or B1 can help with preventing hangovers if you take it before you go to sleep after a night out drinking. I’ve also heard Glutathione might help. There seems to be various options that can help. Which vitamin or supplement is the best to take to prevent hangovers? And when should you take said vitamin or supplement: before or after drinking?
