Wine fermentation saftey

I recently started the fermentation process of wine by combining sugar and yeast inside a grape juice bottle and put a balloon with a couple holes in it. I am going to leave it to ferment under my bed for a week and I’m wondering if I will get botulism or any other sicknesses if I drink it? Please help thank you.
